Full Service Planning + Design
From early engagement through to the wedding day, this package walks you through every step of the wedding planning process. From initial vision to budget allocation to curating your vendor team, we’re there through every little detail. We also help with the full design of your event — including sourcing florals, decor, and rentals to bring your dream vision to life. Our team then executes everything on the day of so you can focus on enjoying your moment and gathering with your favorite people.
Partial Planning + Design
For couples already knee-deep in wedding planning or those wanting to be hands-on with a professional guide throughout the process, this package may speak to you! We meet regularly to check-in so you’re never asking “what’s next”, we assist with booking vendors, and coordinate all of the logistical elements to help prep you, your vendors, and your guests for your wedding celebrations. On the day of the event, we are there to handle all the details so you can be present and enjoy.
12 Week Wedding Coordination
If wedding planning is your jam but you’ve come to recognize that you can’t manage AND live in your wedding day at the same time, this package is built for you. To ensure your wedding day and the weeks leading up to it are organized and enjoyable, we meet for an extensive planning meeting & then help create your wedding day timeline, finalize details with all vendors and The Belvedere, create a final layout and provide coordination services on the wedding day to help execute your event from start to finish.
6 Week Wedding Coordination
Perfect for those wanting just a “day-of” coordinator, this package brings us into your process just far enough in advance to gather all the details of your wedding planning puzzle and put them together for you prior to the wedding day. Similar to our 12 Week Coordination package but on a tighter time frame, this package is our most cost-effective option while still allowing you to both plan your wedding AND enjoy it while our team brings together all the details and logistics day-of.
OUR PROCESS -
Step 1: Consultation Call
Fill out the contact form below and we’ll send you more information so we can set up a time to get to know each other, talk about your event, and discuss which package option would be the best for your wedding planning needs.
Step 2: Secure Your Date
If you decide that our team is a good fit for what you’re looking for, let’s make it happen! We require a 20% deposit to secure your date and then the fun begins. We start by sending you a folder of resources to explore and put our next meeting on the calendar. Because our books fill up so quickly, we recommend reaching out in the first few months of planning to ensure that your date is available for us to party with you AND you get to utilize our resources to the fullest extent.
Step 3: Meet with Us
Our full and partial packages include regular meetings to put together all of the details, vendors, and logistics for your event. We set goals, assign out tasks, and do our best to never have you guessing “what’s next”. Our two coordination packages include an extensive Wedding Timeline meeting either 12 or 6 weeks before the wedding where we finalize your details and timeline so you can take a deep breath in the final weeks before the wedding. All our packages include at least one venue walkthrough, final layouts, a ceremony rehearsal, and day-of coordination.
Step 4: The Wedding Day
On the wedding day we are there as your go-to team to manage your day and bring your vision to life. We’ve been called “wedding wizards”, “background goddesses”, “ladies in blazers”, “logistic queens”, and “best personal assistants around” because we do all we can to execute a seamless event so you and your family can focus solely on living in the moment and soaking in every bit of the celebration.
