Step 1: Consultation Call
Fill out the contact form below and we’ll send you more information so we can set up a time to get to know each other, talk about your event, and discuss which package option would be the best for your wedding planning needs.
Step 2: Secure Your Date
If you decide that our team is a good fit for what you’re looking for, let’s make it happen! We require a 20% deposit to secure your date and then the fun begins. We start by sending you a folder of resources to explore and put our next meeting on the calendar. Because our books fill up so quickly, we recommend reaching out in the first few months of planning to ensure that your date is available for us to party with you AND you get to utilize our resources to the fullest extent.
Step 3: Meet with Us
Our full and partial packages include regular meetings to put together all of the details, vendors, and logistics for your event. We set goals, assign out tasks, and do our best to never have you guessing “what’s next”. Our two coordination packages include an extensive Wedding Timeline meeting either 12 or 6 weeks before the wedding where we finalize your details and timeline so you can take a deep breath in the final weeks before the wedding. All our packages include at least one venue walkthrough, final layouts, a ceremony rehearsal, and day-of coordination.
Step 4: The Wedding Day
On the wedding day we are there as your go-to team to manage your day and bring your vision to life. We’ve been called “wedding wizards”, “background goddesses”, “ladies in blazers”, “logistic queens”, and “best personal assistants around” because we do all we can to execute a seamless event so you and your family can focus solely on living in the moment and soaking in every bit of the celebration.
